Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
Add beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, and tomato paste. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Cover and let it cook for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked to your liking.
Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted and creamy. Serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier variation, add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
