Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, stevia, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Stir in protein powder and almond milk until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
