  • 16 count Hawaiian rolls split in half
  • 1 lb frozen meatballs pre-cooked
  • 2 cups marinara sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls in a baking dish.
  • In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over medium heat and add meatballs until warmed through.

  • Place three meatballs on each roll bottom and cover with marinara sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the meatballs and place the top halves of the rolls on.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.

  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melty.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your sliders!

Notes

For an extra kick, serve with a side of spicy marinara sauce.
