This easy ham and hashbrown breakfast casserole is perfect for a cozy family morning or an easy holiday breakfast spread. Loaded with cheese, eggs, and savory ham, it’s a hearty dish sure to please any crowd.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Layer the hashbrowns evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the diced ham over the hashbrowns followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top of the hashbrown, ham, and cheese layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center of the casserole is set and the top is lightly golden.
