Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the lamb with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.

In a large roasting pan over medium-high heat, sear the lamb on all sides until browned.
Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme around the lamb in the pan.
