  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Guinness stout
  • 2 sprigs rosemary fresh
  • 2 sprigs thyme fresh
  • 1 cup beef broth low sodium

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rub the lamb with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.

  • In a large roasting pan over medium-high heat, sear the lamb on all sides until browned.
  • Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme around the lamb in the pan.
