Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Stir in white rice, beef broth, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
