Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until shrimp are evenly coated.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side, until slightly charred.
Assemble tacos by placing grilled shrimp on tortillas. Top with cabbage, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and a dollop of sour cream.
Notes
For an extra kick, add hot sauce to taste or sprinkle with diced jalapenos. These tacos pair perfectly with a side of chips and fresh salsa.
