Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until opaque and cooked through.
