Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Allow the chicken to rest before slicing it into strips.
In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic.

Notes
