  • 15 whole crackers graham crackers about 1 and a half sleeves
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3.4 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping thawed if using frozen
  • 2 tbsp chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with 1.5 cups of cold milk until it starts to thicken, about 2 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix the chocolate pudding mix with the remaining 1.5 cups of cold milk until thickened.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the bottom with graham crackers.
  • Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the graham crackers.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the chocolate pudding over it.
  • Top with a final layer of graham crackers and cover with whipped topping.
  • Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the top for garnish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve cold.

Notes

This dessert is great for making ahead of time as it needs to be chilled for a few hours to be enjoyed at its best.
