Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with 1.5 cups of cold milk until it starts to thicken, about 2 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the chocolate pudding mix with the remaining 1.5 cups of cold milk until thickened.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the bottom with graham crackers.
Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers, then spread the chocolate pudding over it.
Top with a final layer of graham crackers and cover with whipped topping.
Sprinkle chocolate shavings over the top for garnish.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve cold.
Notes
This dessert is great for making ahead of time as it needs to be chilled for a few hours to be enjoyed at its best.
