  • 1 cup diced pineapple fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from about 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, mango, kiwi, and pineapple.
  • Add the chopped cilantro to the fruit mixture.
  • Drizzle the fresh lime juice and honey over the fruit. Gently toss all ingredients until well mixed.

Notes

This salsa is also great made a day ahead—just cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Adjust sweetness by adding or omitting honey.
