In a large pot, boil chicken breasts until cooked through, then shred.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning, sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheese, black beans, diced tomatoes and chilies, cumin, and garlic powder.
Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the top, followed by the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
