Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are tender. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Add beef mixture and mix well.
Roll out pie crust and line a pie plate. Fill with beef mixture and cover with the second crust. Seal edges and make slits on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Notes
This pie can be prepared in advance and frozen. Reheat in the oven before serving.
