Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
In a large saucepan, combine the melted butter, Dr. Pepper, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Pour the hot butter and cocoa mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
