Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with enough cold water to cover them by about an inch.
Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then remove the saucepan from heat, cover, and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Drain the hot water from the pan and place the eggs in ice water. Let them cool completely.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork and stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or a piping bag.
Garnish with paprika and chives. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

You can experiment with different garnishes or add-ins like bacon bits or pickles for variety.
