  • 4 unit pork chops about 1-inch thick
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary optional

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, black pepper, and rosemary.
  • Place pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  • Grill the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, try fresh rosemary instead of dried. Serve with steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
