Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a mixing bowl, add ground bison, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Add cheese slices to the burgers during the last minute of cooking if using.
