  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips or roughly chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 cup mixed nuts such as almonds, cashews, and walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
  • 1 tsp sea salt or to taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Spread melted chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle mixed nuts and dried cranberries over the chocolate.
  • Garnish with sea salt and lightly press down to adhering the toppings.
  • Place in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes or until set.
  • Once hardened, break bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

This chocolate bark can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Experiments with different toppings like coconut flakes or seeds can add a fun twist!
