  • 0.5 cup heavy cream adds richness
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach fresh, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
  • Add the cheddar cheese, bacon, spinach, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
