Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown each pork chop on both sides.
In a crockpot, mix the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, dry onion soup mix, and garlic powder.
Add the sliced mushrooms and browned pork chops to the crockpot. Ensure chops are fully covered with the soup mixture.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until pork chops are tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the lid of the crockpot in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
