Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
Add pinto beans, diced tomatoes, sweet corn, onion, beef broth, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.
Stir to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
You can add diced potatoes or carrots for extra heartiness.
