  • 5 cloves garlic minced

  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1.5 lb red potatoes quartered
  • 1 head cabbage cut into wedges

Preparation Steps

  • Place corned beef brisket into the slow cooker. Sprinkle the seasoning packet on top.
  • Add water, garlic, and onion around the brisket. Layer carrots and potatoes on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • During the last hour of cooking, add the cabbage wedges.
