Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Pour chicken broth and cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with forks.
Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and add egg noodles. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
Stir in chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a creamier dish, add 1/4 cup of heavy cream before serving. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
