Prep the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, toss steak pieces with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Layer in Crock-Pot:
Add potatoes and onions to the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the seasoned steak pieces on top.
Add Broth:
Pour beef broth evenly over the contents in the slow cooker.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours, until the steak is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
Finish & Serve:
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm, garnished with parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan.
