Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Top with diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder over the top.
Place the cream cheese cubes on top of the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Before serving, shred the chicken and stir everything together until well combined and the cream cheese is fully melted.
Notes
Serve with rice or tortilla chips for a more filling meal. Garnish with chopped cilantro or sliced jalapeños if desired.
