Instructions
Preparation Steps
Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
Season the fish with salt and pepper. Coat each fillet in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally coat in panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Serve the crispy fish on buns with your favorite toppings and sauces.
Notes
For an extra kick, add some lemon zest to the breadcrumbs before frying.
