Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add salmon chunks and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
Add lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the sauce and stir to combine.
Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy salmon sauce and mix until pasta is well coated.
Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
