  • 1 medium lime juiced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 dash freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Add lime juice, salt, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper to the avocados and mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
  • Fold in the onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic until well combined.
  • Season with black pepper to taste, and serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftover guacamole in an airtight container for up to two days.
