  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat and add heavy cream to the skillet. Stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes to reheat.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
