  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more for serving
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is creamy. Mix in the cooked pasta and coat well.
  • Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top if desired.

Notes

For a spicier twist, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
