Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

1.5 cups sour cream,
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, sour cream, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix well.

Spread the noodle mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with the beef mixture and remaining cheese.
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
