  • 15 oz canned corn drained
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package tater tots
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper or to taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.
  • In a large baking dish, mix cooked beef, canned corn, and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese, followed by an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
