  • 15 oz can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 15 oz can Creamed Corn
  • 1 cup Sour Cream full-fat preferred
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted unsalted
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese optional for topping

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese, if using.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
