  • 1 can cream-style corn 14.75 oz can
  • 1 can whole kernel corn 15.25 oz can, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream full-fat or light
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine cornmeal mix, cream-style corn, drained whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  • Season the mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and set in the center.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
