  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 pieces Oreo cookies coarsely chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir until just combined.
  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Drop spoonfuls onto the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
