Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing on non-buttered side of the bread.
Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill each side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Repeat with remaining sandwiches. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the Russian dressing.
