Preparation Steps
In a large saucepan, mix sugar, water, and corn syrup over medium heat.
Stir until sugar dissolves, then stop stirring and bring mixture to 300°F on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon oil and food coloring.
Pour onto a greased baking sheet and let cool before breaking into pieces.
