Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread the cream mixture over the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving for an extra touch of flavor.
