  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs For the crust
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar For the crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream Chilled
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cream mixture over the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving for an extra touch of flavor.
