Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
