Preparation Steps
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the pretzel pieces over the chocolate layer.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the pretzel-topped chocolate.
Add sprinkles or other toppings. Let the bark cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
