  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation Steps

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter egg into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are completely coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place the coated eggs back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
