Instructions
Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, using a mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until well combined.
Gradually add the flour, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until firm before cutting into squares.
Notes
Make sure to heat treat the flour to eliminate any bacteria before using. This dessert is best stored in the refrigerator.
