Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, yogurt, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bars to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
