  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese Grated
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3 whole Eggs Separated
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil For frying

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Roast the poblano peppers until charred on all sides.
  • Peel the peppers and remove the seeds.
  • Stuff the peppers with grated cheddar cheese.
  • Coat each pepper in flour and dip in egg whites.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
