Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
In a small pot, combine hot sauce and butter over low heat, stirring until butter is melted and sauce is smooth.
In a bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, and chives. Mix until fully incorporated to make the dip.
Toss the baked wings in the hot sauce mixture until well coated. Serve with blue cheese dip on the side.
