Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
Place chicken thighs into the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken thighs in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
