  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

  • In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
  • Place chicken thighs into the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange chicken thighs in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
