Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Stir to combine.
In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, the chicken mixture, sour cream, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers and top with remaining cheese.
