Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, peas and carrots, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them evenly over the chicken mixture.
Brush the biscuit tops with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a touch of heat, add 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
