  • 17 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing
  • 3 cup romaine lettuce, chopped dry well so the wrap stays crisp
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 0.5 cup croutons, lightly crushed adds crunch
  • 1.5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.6 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.3 tsp kosher salt adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tbsp olive oil for warming tortillas

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Whisk the Caesar dressing with lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add the chicken and Parmesan. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Fold in the chopped romaine just until lightly dressed.
  • Warm a skillet over medium heat. Brush with a little olive oil and heat tortillas 15–20 seconds per side.
  • Lay out tortillas. Divide the chicken mixture down the center and sprinkle with crushed croutons.
  • Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly into wraps. Slice in half if desired and serve.

Notes

Variation: Add crispy bacon pieces or swap in whole-wheat tortillas. For a lighter wrap, use light Caesar dressing and skip the croutons. Meal prep tip: Keep lettuce and croutons separate until serving so they stay crunchy.
