This Easy Cheesy Beef Taquitos Recipe is perfect for a quick and delicious meal. Made with seasoned beef and plenty of cheese, these taquitos are crispy and packed with flavor.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until the meat is browned and the onions are soft. Drain excess grease if needed. Stir in garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add Cheese:
Once slightly cooled, mix the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses into the beef mixture.
Soften the Tortillas:
Warm the tortillas in a damp paper towel in the microwave for about 30 seconds, or heat briefly in a skillet to make them pliable.
Roll the Taquitos:
